Mostly I liked that it was so easy to read and gave plenty of examples of situations. It was good to confirm what I already was aware of and do but also gave me a better understanding of body language of others and my own as well. Good advise on discovering your own character and how to determine and deal with other different character types. I now will continue to explore other books on the subject. I would definitely recommend this book.
